We're a startup with roots in Gera and big plans – with innovative products for the food market. Last year, we launched production of our absolute world first: Our fresh "Dönerback" (doner bake), the first home-baked doner kebab. Our order books are full. Our facilities are ready. Now we need reinforcements for our team and are therefore looking for... for our location in Korbußen.

a Production worker (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Independently load, operate, monitor, and control various
production systems and packaging machines
Participate in maintenance, production trials, and troubleshooting
Comply with our hygiene and safety standards
Conduct process-related quality assurance tests and make adjustments in the event of quality deviations
Transport raw materials, finished products, and waste to the staging area
System-related cleaning work

Qualifications

Professional experience in machine operation at a manufacturing company, ideally in the food industry
Good technical understanding, high commitment and motivation
High flexibility and ability to work in a team
Independent, self-reliant, and meticulous working style, as well as a high degree of reliability
