We're a startup with roots in Gera and big plans – with innovative products for the food market. Last year, we launched production of our absolute world first: Our fresh "Dönerback" (doner bake), the first home-baked doner kebab. Our order books are full. Our facilities are ready. Now we need reinforcements for our team and are therefore looking for... for our location in Korbußen.

a Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Support and relieve the managing director of organizational tasks
Independent communication with customers and prospects
Organization of events (trade fairs, events)
Travel activities for external appointments (customer visits, trade fair appearances)
Coordination of market communication with the marketing agency
Assumption of special tasks

Qualifications

Commercial training/degree or comparable qualification
Strong communication skills are essential
Confident use of MS Office
Very good written and spoken English skills are required; additional language skills are also welcome
High degree of flexibility
Willingness to travel
